Job Description

Key Responsibilities * Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. * Explain products and services to customers in a clear and professional manner. * Generate leads and maintain customer interest through effective communication. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and call outcomes. * Update customer information and call status in the system. * Follow up with customers as per the assigned database. * Coordinate with internal teams for query resolution and lead management. * Achieve daily and monthly calling targets while maintaining quality standards. * Prepare and maintain basic reports using Microsoft Excel.

Requirements

* Graduate from any discipline. * Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply. * Candidates with prior telecalling, customer service, or sales experience will have an added advantage. * Proficiency in English and Kannada is preferred. * Basic Excel knowledge is mandatory. * Good listening, convincing, and relationship-building skills. * Immediate joiners will be preferred.
