Job Description

We are looking for responsible and dedicated candidates for the position of ATM Machine Operator / Cash Management Executive. The role involves ATM cash loading, cash collection, bank deposits, site visits, and maintaining accurate cash transaction records. Key Responsibilities * Prepare the Daily Route Plan (DRP) in coordination with the Route Leader. * Collect and handle cash as per bank-wise requirements and denomination. * Visit assigned ATM/sites for cash loading, withdrawal and EOD activities. * Carry out ATM-related First Level Maintenance (FLM) activities and resolve basic issues within the required TAT. * Record withdrawal, loading, EOD and FLM activities accurately using an Android device. * Punch counter entries in the CBS system and submit records to the Route Leader. * Report any operational issues immediately to the Route Leader and update the same in the system. * Return unused cash to the vault when ATM loading cannot be completed. * Prepare Cash Balance Reports (CBR) and other mandatory reports as required. * Collect CIT bags, seals and other required materials from the Route Leader. * Collect cash from assigned customers and coordinate with customers regarding cash availability. * Deposit collected cash in the bank or vault as per the applicable schedule/SLA. * Submit deposit slips and other required documents to the Route Leader. * Maintain proper cash handling, documentation and reporting procedures.

Requirements

* Basic knowledge of smartphones/Android devices. * Basic communication and record-keeping skills. * Ability to handle cash responsibly. * Willingness to travel to assigned ATM, bank and customer locations. * Ability to follow instructions, schedules and security procedures.
